PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

An easy-to-use gloss paint developed by the Digital paints P. Ltd. As a hard-wearing, glossy paint with fungal and algal protection, Digit Aluminium Paint can be applied to both interior and exterior, metals and woods. Digit Aluminium paint imparts a shiny new look which offers high gloss and non-yellowing protection to the surface, which ensure the shades stay the same for a longer time. It forms a tough film that is highly resistant to household stains.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND PROCEDURE
Wood Work

 

 Sand paper thoroughly. Clean down, apply one coat of Digit Wood Primer before applying Digit Aluminum Paint.
Metal & Steel

 

 Remove scale and surface rust by chipping and wire brushing. Clean down and apply a coat of Digit Metal Primer.
Aluminium & Aluminium Alloys

 

 Wash down with Digital Solution ST or General Turpentine. Rub down with steel wool or abrasive paper. Clean and apply one coat of Metal Primer before applying Digit Aluminium Paints.

 

PAINT CARE TIPS
For the best performance of the paint, ensure proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth. If any, at regular intervals of six months.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SAFETY INFORMATION AND PRECAUTIONS
Store the product at ambient conditions in well ventilated locations and away from source of ignition and fire.
Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables
May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion seek immediate medical attention.
Use protective equipment like rubber/ gloves, safety goggles/glasses, face mask while handling the paint.
Wear eye protection and face mask during application. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty

of fresh water and seek medical advice.
In case of skin contact immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of fresh water.
Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
It is recommended to wear suitable nose pad during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses.
Dispose in land filling. No added Lead, Mercury, Arsenic & Chromium.
No added Lead, Mercury, Arsenic or Chromium compounds.
Flammable.

-Ready-to-use formulation.
-Apply by brush, roller or sprayer.
-Stir thoroughly before and occasionally during use.
-Dilution ratio – upto 100% by volume.
-Dilute no more than 10% water for spray application.
-Prime the entire surface to ensure a uniform appearance of the topcoat.
-Application in wet humid conditions will slow drying time.

Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool, dry place.
-Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
