We provide digital paint solutions, including:

  • Surface coating and protection
  • Custom paint designs

All services will be delivered as per agreed specifications and timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in advance and may vary based on project scope.
  • A deposit (advance payment) may be required before work begins.
  • Full payment must be completed upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional work requested after agreement may incur extra charges.

4. Booking & Scheduling

  • Service dates are scheduled based on availability.
  • Clients must provide accurate site details before booking.
  • Any delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the work area
  • Ensure electricity, water, and basic site conditions
  • Remove or protect personal belongings before work begins

6. Materials & Quality

  • We use standard or agreed-quality paint materials.
  • Color shades may slightly vary due to lighting or surface conditions.
  • Digital designs are subject to screen-to-surface differences.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a limited warranty on workmanship (if applicable).
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to:
    • Moisture or leakage
    • Structural issues
    • External environmental factors

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation must be made prior to project start.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work preparation.
  • No refund will be issued once the project has started or completed.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

10. Intellectual Property

  • All digital paint designs, concepts, and visuals remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Health & Safety

  • We follow safety guidelines during operations.
  • Clients must ensure a safe environment for workers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
