Application method / Surface preparation
Surface Preparation:
-Remove any loose or peeling paint, dust, grease, and other contaminants.
-Wash the surface with an appropriate cleaner, rinse with clean water, and allow it to dry completely.
-Fill any holes, dents, and fine cracks with Digital Wall Putty & Sand the patched areas smooth to ensure an even surface.
-Apply 2 coats of Digital Wall-Shield Premium Primer.
-Allow each coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours before applying the next coat.
-For areas prone to dampness, apply Digital Damp Guard Waterproofing Solution as per the product instructions.
Application Procedure:
-Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
-Dilute up to 35% with Digital Solution (WT) or clean tap water for general use; no more than 10% for spray application.
-Apply the First Coat evenly with a brush, roller, or sprayer. Let it dry for 6 to 8 hours.
-Apply the Second Coat after the first coat has dried, allowing it to dry for 8 to 10 hours.
-Apply a Third Coat if needed, especially for dark shades and horizontal surfaces.
-Inspect the final coat for uniform coverage and touch up as necessary.
-Clean tools with water or appropriate cleaner immediately after use.
-Cure the paint for 7 to 14 days before exposing it to heavy moisture or mechanical stress.
