Process to Paint (As Waterproofing)

  • Apply a coat with 40% dilution using potable water by volume.
  • Apply a coat without dilution.
  • Apply topcoat as required. (**May required 2-3 coat)

Process to Paint (As Primer)

  • Digital Wall Shield Primer/ Digital Wall Guard Primer.
  • Apply a coat with 30% dilution using potable water by volume.
  • Apply top coat as per required. (**May required 2-3 coat)

Surface preparation

  • Clean the surface thoroughly by removing dirt, dust, and any loose particles.
  • Repair cracks or imperfections using suitable patching compounds.
  • For new surfaces, apply an appropriate primer and allow it to dry completely.
  • Stir the Wall Guard Exterior Emulsion well before use and avoid thinning unless necessary.
  • Apply the emulsion evenly with a brush, roller, or sprayer, allowing each coat to dry before adding another if needed.
